PROCESSING TIME

Due to the high demand, for all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

• Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

• Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays & pre-orders).

All orders typically ship within 48 hours from the time they begin processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Porter Grey is unable to deliver a package on Saturdays. Porter Grey Fishing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.

U.S. Shipping Costs:
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
